• Free FedEx shipping over CAD $250

Regular Shipping:

• United States & International Countries: 7 to 15 business days (may take longer for some countries)

FedEx/Express Shipping:

• Usually 3 to 9 business days

Standard Shipping:

• Up to 35 days maximum

Failed to Receive Package?

Packages may fail to reach you for the following reasons:

Returns & Refunds

Full Refund (15 Days)

We offer full refunds within 15 days of the expected delivery date only for:

• Undelivered items
• Damaged items received
• Defective products

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos (for damaged/defective items). We'll issue a return label and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Store Credit Returns (15 Days)

If you're not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.

Eligible for Store Credit:

• Unworn, unwashed clothing with original tags attached
• Lingerie in original, unopened packaging
• Skincare devices in original, unopened packaging with all accessories and manuals

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Opened skincare devices or beauty tools
• Opened or used lingerie and intimate apparel
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
