Returns & Refunds

Full Refund (15 Days)
We offer full refunds within 15 days of the expected delivery date only for:
- Undelivered items
- Damaged items received
- Defective products
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos (for damaged/defective items). We'll issue a return label and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Store Credit Returns (15 Days)
If you're not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.
Eligible for Store Credit:
- Unworn, unwashed clothing with original tags attached
- Lingerie in original, unopened packaging
- Skincare devices in original, unopened packaging with all accessories and manuals
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Opened skincare devices or beauty tools
- Opened or used lingerie and intimate apparel
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
How to Return

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return authorization and instructions
- You're responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged, defective, or undelivered)

- We do not offer exchanges
- Store credit has no expiration date and can be used on future purchases
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties.
